Night at the Museum - Grades 3-8
Night at the Museum is a special event happening on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 6:30pm-7:30pm for students in Grades 3-8.
This is an evening for students to showcase various projects they have worked on this term.
Parking will be limited. However, you would be welcome to park across the street and walk over to the school.

We are still accepting sponsors and donations for our raffle table! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed thus far.
To date, we have received $15,000.00 out of our $25,000.00 goal in sponsorships and donations. Please be in prayer about how the Lord will bless and use funds raised to further Christian education.

Come join us for our annual Community Day
on Saturday, May 23th from 9:30am-1:30pm!
This event is for everyone and will be a special one as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary as a School!
Please pass along this invitation to family and friends and those you know who may be interested in our school or Christian education. It is a joy each year to be able to host (on-site) family, friends, alumni, and many new and old faces, as well as families from around the community for a day of fun, fellowship, games and prizes.
There are a few important things to note:
- Cash will be the only form of payment accepted.
- If you are able, please bring lawn chairs/picnic blankets as seating is limited.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR VENDORS:
- We are offering an opportunity for individual businesses/vendors to have a table to sell or promote certain products or advertise their business.
- Cost is $50 a table. Ideas would be consumer goods, or services you wish to promote, even real estate agents, etc.
- It is a great marketing and sales opportunity for our community.

Volunteers Needed:
- We are in need of quite a few volunteers for a variety of stations to help the day run smoothly.
- Volunteers will be assigned a station on a rotation basis.
- Each shift per station is an hour and a half long.

Grade 6 Concert Band: Pickering Rotary Music Festival Trip
The Grade 6 Concert Band will be traveling to Dunbarton Fairport United Church to participate in the Pickering Rotary Music Festival.
The bus will leave from the school at 8:35am and returning back to school at approximately 2pm.
School dress uniforms are required (white oxford shirt/white polo and black pants) and comfortable shoes.
