Using the Online Parent Teacher Appointment Scheduling System makes booking appointments easy and painless for parents and office staff alike. The ability to see multiple teachers schedules at the same time and coordinate your visit during a time that works for parents is a huge bonus.
To access the system, parents will need to register on the site and then add their children to their profile. From there, they will be able to see the available times for the various teachers across the school for Thursday, December 5th and Friday, December 6th.
Another feature included with the new process is the availability to request a “Call Back” if you do not see a time that is convenient for you in the time slots remaining. This feature will send an email to the teacher directly and allow for them to coordinate a time that works for both yourself and the teacher.
With the continued increase of students this year we have made a few adjustments with our schedules.
You will notice that there are two schedules.
JK - Grade 6 Homeroom: (15 minute blocks)
Grade 7 & 8, Music, Gym, & French: (10 minute blocks)
Please select each schedule where you need to book for a teacher.
Please be sure to take note of when your scheduled interview starts and ends and leave enough time between time slots if you are traveling between interview locations. We are also asking for your discretion for classes such as music, gym and French, as these teachers, in some cases teach over 150 students.
We ask that unless your child has received a grade below 70% or a C and below, that you refrain from booking a specific interview time with Mrs. Ullman, Mr. Ballanger or Ms.McCulla/Mr.Park. You are free to connect with them via email if you still have some concerns or questions for them and they will respond.
Be sure to register early and book your times and if you require assistance you can contact the office.
In house interviews for Thursday, December 5th will begin at 4:00 PM and run until 7:45 PM. For Friday, December 7th, in house interviews will run from 8:00 AM until 1:45 PM.
The online booking system opens on Friday, November 29th at 5:00pm.
