PCS Family Christmas Program -  Starts at 6:00 pm

Rescheduled to MONDAY December 19th

Here are some key details we thought you need to know.

• Students are asked to arrive between 5:45 PM - 5:55 PM.  Seating is first come/first served.
• Where - Canada Christian College - https://goo.gl/maps/eDPRxdrxLyH6GVnf7
• Who - All students from JK up to Grade 8 will be performing.  All families and extended family are invited to attend.
• We are asking everyone to RSVP so we can make sure to set up enough chairs for everyone.  
• Please RSVP here - PCS Family Christmas RSVP (FYI - You do not need to print or bring tickets to get into the event
• If your children are not able to attend the event, please be sure to inform their teacher ASAP so we can plan accordingly.  Students have been preparing for this evening for a number of weeks now and we need to be sure we know who is going to be there.
• Students are asked to be in Full Dress Uniform - White Dress Shirt, Black pants/skirt/skort, with white or black socks and black dress or casual shoes.
• The program will run from approximately 6:05 PM until 7:20 PM.  There will be time for people to mingle after the concert but no requirement to stay.
• There are no refreshments or food items being provided after the concert. Snacks are permitted.

Here are a few other key pieces of information to make note of:

• After School care for Monday, December 19th will only be open until 4:30 PM.  If you are using the After Care program that day, all students need to be picked up BEFORE 4:30 PM.
• Students will be sitting with their classes, not with their families.  However, JK and SK students after they perform will be released to their parents to sit with them for the remainder of the program. Parents will be called to the left side of the stage to pick up their children after they perform.
• For best seating views please note that JK through Grade 3 classes will be performing towards the left side of the stage, while Grade 4 through 8 will be performing towards the right side of the stage.  There will be live camera feeds to provide close ups, etc.
• Students should not bring any phones or personal devices with them to the performance.
• Students in Grade 4 through 8 will need to bring their instrument and music bag with them.  They will take them home on Thursday afterschool and then bring them with them to the concert.
• As a part of our Christmas Service project, there will be one last time to donate to our Week of Change in support of The Refuge at the concert.  Please consider bringing any extra and loose change to add to our class jars which will be on display at the event.
