Cross Country practice will be held off site from 4:00pm-4:30pm at the Tim Hortons parking lot opposite Amazon (Rossland and Salem).
The grade 3 class will be visiting the Markham Fair which coincides with their Social Studies unit. They will be traveling by bus at 8:45am and returning to the school by 3:00pm.
Please have students bring a disposable lunch and dress in their school uniform - white oxford shirts are not required.

The SK classes will be going to Nature Bounty Farm to coincide with their bee and apple unit. Students will be leaving by bus at 9:30am and returning by 1:00pm.
Uniforms are required, please dress accordingly as it is outdoors and a farm.
Parents are welcome to volunteer, but must cover the cost of their admission ($10.00) and must have a valid police record check.

On Thursday, October 17th, the grade 7 class will be visiting Fort York as part of their history unit.
They will be leaving at 8:30am and will arrive back at the school at 3:00pm. Students will need to wear their PCS white oxford shirt with black bottoms. Please dress appropriately for the weather as some events will be outside.
A bagged lunch and snacks must be brought as there will not be the opportunity to purchase food onsite.
On Monday October 21st, the grade 2 students will be visiting Kortright Centre for Conservation as part of their studies on water and air in the environment.
Students will be leaving by bus at 8:45am and returning by 2:30pm. Uniforms are required and activities will be outside, so please dress your child accordingly.
Parent volunteers are encouraged, however there is a small fee of $8.00/parent. Parent volunteers may ride the bus with students.
