Grandparents and Special Friend's Day
Our morning program will begin at 9:30am - 11:15am, with doors opening at 9:15am and our afternoon program will begin at 1:00pm-2:45pm with doors opening at 12:45pm.
Due to the need for two programs, it has eliminated the ability to take grandchildren out for lunch after our morning program, as they need to be on site for the second program.
However, if grandparents attend the afternoon program, they will have the ability to take their grandchild/student home for the day.
Please Note: there is a maximum of FOUR attendees per family regardless of program selection (ex: four family members at one program OR two family members attending each program separately).
Please honour this as we have limited capacity, and want to ensure each student has the ability to have someone come.
An RSVP will be sent to families closer to the date.
Please note: Due to limited seating, we are able to welcome up to four (4) grandparents or special friends per student. At this time, we are unable to accommodate parents at this event, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
**Exception: If a student does not have any grandparents or special friends who are able to attend either of the two sessions, parents may request to attend in their place. Please contact the office to make this arrangement.
