The Jk's and Sk's had wonderful time at Willowgrove Farms on December 15th ringing in the Christmas season.  Along with making bees wax candles and pine cone bird feeders we learned about the significance of the Christmas tree along with many other traditions. The children re-enacted the Christmas story acting out the parts of Mary and Joseph the Shepherds,the Angels and the 3 Wise Men.  We ended the morning enjoying hot chocolate around an outdoor campfire singing our favourite Christmas carols.  As we were singing our carols large snow flakes began to fall, just like in a hollywood movie!  Thank you to all the parents that came and helped to supervise.
